By accessing or using DocFather ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

DocFather provides AI-powered document processing tools including but not limited to:

PDF manipulation (merge, split, compress, rotate)
Document conversion (Word to PDF, PDF to Word, images to PDF)
AI-powered document analysis, summarization, and translation
Digital signature functionality

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

DocFather offers free and paid subscription plans:

Free Plan: Limited to 10 non-AI operations per day and 1 AI operation (10K tokens)
Pro Plan ($9.99/month): 500K AI tokens per month and unlimited non-AI operations

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Telegram Stars. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day free trial for Pro subscriptions. After the trial period, payments are non-refundable except in cases of technical issues preventing service use.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Upload malicious files or content
Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Use the Service to process documents containing illegal content

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to documents you upload. DocFather does not claim ownership of your content. We grant you a limited license to use our Service for personal or business purposes.

8. Data Processing

Documents uploaded for processing are:

Processed in real-time and not permanently stored
Automatically deleted after processing is complete
Never used for training AI models
Never shared with third parties except as required for processing

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
Accuracy of AI-generated content
Suitability for any particular purpose

Important: AI-generated analysis (especially contract analysis) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

DocFather shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Austria.
